Sharing of personal information

We might give third parties access to personal information. We may need to disclose this information in order to give you access to our services, to enforce our User Agreement, to meet legal requirements, to market and advertise to you, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and look into fraudulent or illegal activity involving our services. Without your express cooperation, we do not give your personal information to outside parties for their marketing and advertising needs. In the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting, or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users or the general public, we may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, third party rights owners, or others. If we intend to merge with, be acquired by, reorganize, amalgamate, or restructure our business, we and our affiliates will share or sell all or part of your personal information to that other corporate entity. In the event that such a transaction takes place, the other business entity will have to abide by this privacy policy with regard to your personal data.
